Senior Performance Testing Lead

We are seeking a seasoned performance testing professional to spearhead our team's efforts in delivering high-quality results.

As a senior performance test engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of performance testers in designing and executing comprehensive performance tests.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of relevant experience in performance testing, monitoring, and analysis using industry-standard tools such as Dynatrace/AppDynamics/Grafana with excellent reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of performance testers to deliver high-quality results through strategic planning and effective communication.
  • Develop and execute performance testing scripts using JMeter and other tools to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data using Dynatrace/AppDynamics/Grafana to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve performance issues through clear and concise communication.
  • Provide automated test tool support and software testing quality assurance to ensure the highest level of performance.
  • Familiarize yourself with emerging technologies and trends to stay ahead of the curve and drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in performance testing, monitoring, and analysis with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent reporting and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with JMeter and other performance testing tools with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace/AppDynamics/Grafana with a focus on troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
