Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive user engagement, retention, and communication strategies across our products.

This role requires expertise in analytics, user engagement platforms, and experimentation frameworks. The ideal candidate will combine data-driven decision-making with creativity to design and execute campaigns that improve user journeys and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage engagement initiatives across channels.
  • Define, track, and analyze key metrics and create dashboards for business and product teams.
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to continuously improve engagement, conversions, and retention.
  • Build, automate, and optimize lifecycle communication journeys for onboarding, activation, upsell, cross-sell, and win-back campaigns.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure engagement features and communication flows are well integrated into the product.
  • Work closely with product managers, growth teams, and leadership to align engagement strategies with overall business and product goals.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in product operations, growth, or engagement management roles.
  • Strong proficiency with engagement and communication platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with user segmentation, funnels, cohorts, and retention analysis.
  • Ability to create and interpret dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing frameworks and experimentation methodologies.
