Senior Fit-Out Project Manager

About this role
This position involves overseeing the entire process of commercial interior fit-out projects, from initial planning to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead turnkey fit-out execution: interpret design drawings, BOQs, align procurement, manage site delivery, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover.
- Prepare and control project plans—schedule, budget, resources; maintain governance via change control and risk logs.
- Coordinate internal/external stakeholders—including clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, HSE and building codes.
- Facilitate timely resolution of technical or contractual challenges; oversee accurate documentation from RFIs to variation orders and handover dossiers.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 8–15 years of experience managing commercial or office interior fit-out projects, including high-value assignments.
- Hands-on leadership of on-site teams and contractors, ideally with prior turnkey project experience.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
Work Environment:
- Frequent travel to construction sites may be required.
