Job Description

As a skilled Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of multiple renovation and fit-out projects for our major client based in Gurugram. Your role will involve leading a team of designers, contractors, and vendors to deliver exceptional outcomes on complex high-value projects.

  • Preparation of master schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies
  • Design reviews, value engineering, and timely release of design packages

During the Pre-Construction phase, your focus will be on preparing detailed construction plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with international quality standards.

Once the project is underway, you will lead the Programme Management phase, responsible for scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. You will also identify potential delays and propose acceleration methods to ensure timely completion.

As the Project Lead, you will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery. This includes managing change orders, coordinating with commercial management teams, and preparing monthly cost reports.

Finally, during the Construction Management phase, you will oversee site logistics, supervise works execution, and ensure that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in hospitality fit-out projects
  • Familiarity with international hotel brand standards (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.)
  • Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and documentation management
