Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer to support and manage our Single Sign-On (SSO), authentication services, and enterprise identity infrastructure.

This role will be responsible for ensuring secure and seamless access to our enterprise applications through centralized identity and access management (IAM).

The successful candidate will oversee the entire account lifecycle, from provisioning to deprovisioning, and ensure compliance with our security standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enterprise SSO Infrastructure Management:
    • Integrate with cloud-based platforms like OKTA and on-prem applications.
    • Maintain and optimize identity and access management (IAM) systems including Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Federation Services.
  • Authentication and Authorization:
    • Oversee authentication mechanisms (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Kerberos) to ensure secure and seamless access.
    • Implement and document policies for identity lifecycle, group management, and authentication standards.
  • Account Lifecycle Management:
    • Handle full account lifecycle management (provisioning, deprovisioning, role changes), in coordination with HR and security systems.
    • Support group management processes, access role definitions, and distribution/security group governance.
  • Troubleshooting and Monitoring:
    • Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related incidents including login failures, MFA issues, and access provisioning errors.
    • Monitor authentication systems and ensure high availability, performance, and compliance.
Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience managing SSO solutions and identity platforms in an enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 identity services.
  • Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and LDAP protocols.
