Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Identity Governance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our identity governance system.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Configuring the identity governance system to ensure seamless integration with core systems such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM, and other applications.
  • Designing and implementing access policies and rules within the system to enforce access controls and mitigate risks.
  • Developing and maintaining automated workflows and lifecycle management processes to streamline identity lifecycle events and improve efficiency.
  • Effectively communicating and demonstrating the capabilities of the identity governance system to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with security teams to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and threats related to identity and access management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional work experience in Identity and Access Governance (IAG) domain and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, including advanced configuration, customization, and development.
  • In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles, frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Strong understanding of application onboarding and migration processes within the SailPoint platform.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
