Job Title: Senior Legal Associate

We are a leading entertainment organization in India, seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Media Lawyer to handle various legal tasks.

  • Drafting and negotiation of agreements including production service agreements, license agreements, acquisition contracts, software as a service (SAAS) agreements, etc.
  • Vetting and reviewing all forms of agreements and contracts.
  • Advising the business team on legal and commercial matters.
  • Handling non-litigation work and responding to notices and complaints.

The candidate should be able to effectively manage a demanding workload with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of laws relating to the media and entertainment industry, excellent communication skills, and strong negotiation capabilities.

Requirements:
  • L.L.B degree with at least 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in the media and entertainment industry.
