Experienced Estimator Required

 

We are seeking an accomplished estimator with a proven track record in quantity surveying, quality assurance, and project management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the estimation process from feasibility to completion, ensuring accurate cost calculations and delivery within tight deadlines.
  • Oversee and implement stringent quality control procedures throughout the real estate development lifecycle.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team responsible for quality control and billing functions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports, including cost estimates, schedules, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Proven expertise in quantity surveying, quality assurance, and project management.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant software such as SAP or other ERP systems.

 

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Estimation, Budgeting, and Contract Management.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering.
