Job Title: Automation Specialist

A skilled automation specialist is sought to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include working closely with SRE leads to gather requirements, develop automation solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in scripting languages such as Python and Bash, as well as experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Ansible and Terraform.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have knowledge of cloud infrastructure, monitoring systems, and CI/CD pipelines.

The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with 6-12 years of experience in developing infra/cloud automation solutions.

Technical Skills:

  • REST API programming, system integration, workflow creation
  • Jenkins, GitOps, CI/CD pipeline
  • Ansible and Terraform (knowledge or hands-on experience)
  • Knowledge in Linux system administration, monitoring, and networking
  • Familiarity with source code management tool - Git/GitLab and DevOps practices
  • Public Cloud (AWS/GCP) knowledge will be an added advantage
