About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Ops Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business results. Key responsibilities include ensuring proper on-boarding of associates, partnering with COEs to correct attendance/leave/payroll anomalies, and owning ACL practices for the station in coordination with HRBP.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, ability to complete high volumes of tasks with minimal guidance, and deadline sensitivity. They must be skilled at anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, problem solving, and organizing logistics. Additionally, they should be able to foster a cooperative and communicative atmosphere, maintain headcount with respect to LM, and partner with HRBP and site leaders to maintain a positive ER climate.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have 6+ months of human resources experience, Microsoft Office products and applications experience, and experience in confidential environments. A Bachelor's degree is required, with 1+ years of human resources experience and 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience preferred.
