Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support/Presales Engineer to join our fast-paced global business. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who can build rapport with clients from diverse regions and work well under pressure. A strong educational background and experience in senior IT support roles are essential. Ideally, the candidate will have experience with auditing, monitoring, or security technologies within a Windows environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and implement our award-winning Data Security Platform in enterprise environments.
  • Provide technical assistance to existing customers through support tickets.
  • Collaborate with team leads to meet service level agreements and customer requirements.
  • Create technical documents and articles for team and customer use.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations to customers worldwide.
  • E nsure that customer expectations are met within committed timeframes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-4 years of software customer service and support experience required.
  • 2+ years of performing administrative tasks in Windows-based infrastructures, including Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Office 365, and cloud platforms.
  • Microsoft Certification is a plus.
  • Powershell scripting knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal English communication skills required.
  • Experience working with ticketing tools, such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
  • Experience delivering product presentations to clients in a pre-sale context.
  • Experience working in high-risk/secure environments is preferable.
  • Must have experience working directly with end-user clients exceeding 500 employees.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated attitude, capable of working under pressure.
  • Experience with SIEM/Auditing/Compliance-related technologies.
  • Understanding of IT and business needs of technology.
  • Any sales or customer service experience would be beneficial.
