Senior Manager Role

The role is responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team. Key responsibilities include supporting the CFO in the actuals review process, updating the PL review data model, preparing the actual review deck with commentaries on business performance, and developing quarterly EC scorecards.

Key qualifications include a strong background in finance, analytical skills, and experience in managing end-to-end P&L. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the CFO in the monthly actuals review process
  • Update the PL review data model
  • Prepare the actual review deck with commentaries on business performance
  • Develop quarterly EC scorecards
  • Prepare quarterly CFO finance townhall presentations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA/ICWAI/MBA/CPA
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage end-to-end P&L
