FP&A Director

We seek an experienced FP&A professional to join our organization as a key contributor in financial planning and analysis. This strategic role involves driving business decisions through data-driven insights, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the development of comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting processes to support business growth and decision-making
- Financial Modeling: Design and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate business performance, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports with clear analysis of variances, trends, and recommendations for improvement
- Cash Management and Scenario Planning: Manage cash forecasts and support scenario planning and strategic analyses to optimize financial performance
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably with a strong track record in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent Excel skills; proficiency in BI/reporting tools a plus
- Experience working with multi-entity or global financial reporting systems
