Job Title: Print Production Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day print production process for clients, ensuring timely deliverables and meeting project expectations.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical knowledge of print methods, and excellent communication skills to partner with stakeholders and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and project expectations
  • Adhere to client processes and policies in delivering work tasks in a timely manner
  • Provide technical support and advice to minimize costs
  • Partner with artwork studios and printers to drive quality prints and maintain consistency
  • Support design phase through artwork process, review, and risk identification
  • Lead conversations with stakeholders during color assessments on print work
  • Track project timelines to meet deadlines
  • Manage color standards storage and arrange logistics
  • Take initiative and proactively resolve challenges
  • Foster good relationships across stakeholders
  • Provide onsite, offsite, and printer site support as required
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years progressive print production experience or equivalent combination of education
  • Client-facing experience and prior experience in Project/Account management
  • Familiarity with Color Management or Separation tools
  • Strong knowledge of various Print methods (Offset, Flexo, or Gravure)
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues, and external clients or vendors
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to details, deadlines, and reporting
  • Occasional travel required (Local/International)
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications
