Visual Designer - Digital and Print Media

We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will create impactful visual designs across digital and print media, collaborating with creative and marketing teams to enhance brand presence and user engagement.

The role involves designing engaging creatives for digital campaigns (social media, banners, emailers) and print assets (brochures, posters, packaging). You will lead assigned design projects from ideation to final output, upholding brand guidelines, typography, colour, and visual standards.

You will revise and adapt designs based on feedback, collaborating actively with stakeholders. Additionally, you will prepare artwork files for production and digital use, ensuring technical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging creatives for digital and print campaigns
  • Lead assigned design projects from ideation to final output
  • Prepare artwork files for production and digital use
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams on concept development and execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with Figma or Sketch
  • 2-3 years' professional experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Strong portfolio showing digital and print/offline work

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics/video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
