Valve Production Supervisor

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the production of customized fabricated valves, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the assembly and testing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the assembly and hydro pneumatic testing of customized fabricated valves to meet product specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with design and quality control teams to ensure final dimension, testing parameters, and documentation meet company requirements.
- Ensure test bed readiness, safety, and leak-tight performance for each valve to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Track throughput, testing rejections, and final acceptance clearance to optimize production processes and minimize waste.
- Lead a team of engineers, fitters, helpers, and testers, fostering a culture of time and quality awareness to drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role as Assistant Manager.
