Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Search and Social Performance Marketing expert to drive campaign success.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact search and social campaigns that meet or exceed business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring optimal resource utilization and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Maintaining quality delivery as per defined service level agreements.
  • Driving team adherence to internal and external tools and processes.
  • Motivating the team through regular touch points and engagement activities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
  • 1-5 years of experience in Paid Social ads specifically.
  • Experience in Meta, Instagram, Twitter, and end-to-end campaign management, especially reach and frequency campaigns.
  • Team and client management skills.
  • Subject-matter-expertise in Search.
  • Effective time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
