Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Strategist to lead our team and drive business growth through insightful financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic financial plans.
  • Analyze complex financial data to inform business decisions and optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain effective reporting systems to ensure timely and accurate financial information.

  • Liaise with stakeholders to communicate financial performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial management capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in finance, with a proven track record of success in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
