Transformational Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Finance expert to play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge financial solutions that align with our organization's strategic objectives. Your expertise will drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and foster innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Solution Design: Design and implement Oracle Financials solutions that meet business needs with focus on industry best practices.
  • Enterprise Design/Process Design: Lead the enterprise design/process design along with client business teams.
  • Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion Financials with other 3rd party applications.
  • Leadership: Provide functional and technical leadership and guidance to development teams and consultants working on projects.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and configuration guides.
  • Staying Informed: Stay informed on emerging trends in finance and technology.
  • Optimal Solutions: Develop optimal solutions to meet client objectives, including understanding project scope and identifying key dependencies.
  • Presentation: Propose high-level solutions & delivery estimates, lead demonstrations during client presentations & orals.
  • CXO Engagement: Engage with client CXOs, Senior VPs, and Directors across business and IT.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: CA (or equivalent) or Master's degree in Finance.
  • Experience: 16+ years' experience in Oracle Financials (Fusion + EBS).
  • End-to-end Understanding: End-to-end understanding of RTR, P2P, OTC, Acquire to Retire processes.
  • Module Knowledge: Deep expertise in Oracle ERP modules in Financials plus a working knowledge on Procurement, Module Knowledge – GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Tax.
  • Hands-on Expertise: Hands-on person who can drive functional requirements fitment with Solution/Implementation background.
  • Implementation Experience: Must have carried at least 3 end-to-end implementations on Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Shared Services Experience: Experience in implementing finance shared services.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex business problems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel for client meetings and project engagements.
  • Agility: Agile and ready to go that extra mile when needed.
  • Leadership Traits: Leadership traits with ability to anchor and lead solutions from the front.

Desirable Skills

  • Additional Module Knowledge: Additional module knowledge in any one or more of the following: Advanced Collections and Credit Management, Expenses, Project Costing/Billing, Any Other area(s).
  • Industry-specific Knowledge: Industry-specific knowledge preferred.
  • Deal Dynamics Knowledge: Knowledge about deal dynamics preferred.
