Senior Executive Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Executive to manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

This role involves driving performance and sales-led campaigns to achieve business goals, managing and optimizing Google Merchant Center feeds, setting up and maintaining accurate tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), and monitoring, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of proven experience in managing Google & Meta Ads campaigns, hands-on experience with GTM, Shopping Ads, and campaign reporting, strong knowledge of performance marketing, analytics, and digital advertising platforms, excellent analytical and numerical skills with a data-driven mindset, ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and performance goals effectively, and strong attention to detail and passion for achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, run, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Drive performance and sales-led campaigns to achieve business goals.
  • Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center feeds.
  • Set up and maintain accurate tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing Google & Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM, Shopping Ads, and campaign reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
