Job Title: Technical Expert in HCM Systems

 

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, Fast Formulas, and HDL (HCM Data Loader). Additionally, the candidate should have hands-on experience working across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Payroll, Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labor, Compensation, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical leadership in HCM system implementations.
  • Designing and developing custom reports using BI Publisher.
  • Creating and maintaining data extracts and integrations using HCM Extracts and HDL.
  • Providing technical support and training to end-users on Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Staying up-to-date with latest features and functionalities of Oracle HCM Cloud.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Technical Consulting.
  • Expertise in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, and HDL.
  • Hands-on experience in multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Payroll, Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labor, Compensation, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
