As a key leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by overseeing product delivery and operating mode.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver value streams within the organization, comprising design, business analysis, platform configuration, and change management.
  • Develop and drive standards for efficient and effective delivery across teams.
  • Enable strategic product delivery through collaborative change initiatives.
  • Manage escalations and resolve demand channel conflicts to safeguard business outcomes.
  • Ensure consistency in ownership for value stream roadmaps and end-to-end product delivery strategies to align with product roadmaps.
  • Optimize resource and financial deployment for the function in collaboration with product delivery leads.
  • Drive governance that is consistent, accountable, and meaningful, supporting delivery and aligned with industry practices.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to team members.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in securities services and value stream delivery.
  • Change delivery expertise, including knowledge of methodologies.
  • Understanding of product development lifecycles.
  • Detailed knowledge of product offerings to challenge inadequate product design.
