Accounting Operations Specialist

About the Position

We're seeking experienced accountants to join our Client Delivery team.

This role combines traditional accounting with AI-driven finance delivery for global clients, managing books, reconciliations, reporting, and close processes with automation tools.

If you've built a solid foundation in accounting and want to grow beyond shared services into global client delivery + AI product work, this is your next big move.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations for international clients — bookkeeping, JEs, reconciliations, AP/AR.
  • Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for client stakeholders.
  • Partner with delivery leads to scope and execute end-to-end client workflows.
  • Work directly with our AI + product teams to test, refine, and scale automation.
  • Be the bridge between clients, delivery, and product — turning messy real-world workflows into clean, explainable outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with 3–4 years accounting experience.
  • Solid understanding of reconciliations, reporting, and global accounting workflows.
  • Hands-on with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts.
  • Curious about how AI is reshaping finance — eager to learn and grow.
