We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Operations Expert.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure that all transactions meet required IPH levels to maintain high accuracy and mitigate direct financial loss.
  • Cross-Functional Training: Train in various functions to provide backup for other payment services teams within the organization.
  • Quality and Efficiency: Demonstrate a commitment to quality while adhering to firm-wide standards, ensuring seamless processes and efficient operations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Actively engage with the team to meet case completion timelines and communicate issues to management as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A successful Financial Operations Expert will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Graduate Degree
  • Strong Computer Skills, including proficiency in 10-key typing.
  • Proficient Typing Skills with a minimum of 10,000 keystrokes per hour.
  • 0-2 Years of Experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably with experience in Banking operations.
  • Research, Analytical, and Comprehension Skills to analyze data sets in check images.
  • Ability to Work Independently on multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Quick Learning Ability to grasp concepts and procedures rapidly.
  • Detail-Oriented Mindset.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.
