We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to join our team as a Corporate Finance Consultant.

About the Role
  • This role involves helping clients navigate complex financial challenges and achieve their business objectives through strategic financial management and advice.
  • You will play a critical part in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and acting as a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain effective client relationships, providing expert financial guidance and support.
  • Client Engagement: Execute consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist clients in developing and implementing strategic financial plans aligned with their business goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and analyze financial risks, providing recommendations for mitigating and managing these risks effectively.
  • Business Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve financial processes and operational efficiency within client organizations.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Advisory: Stay current with financial regulations and provide guidance on compliance issues.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate complex financial concepts and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree in finance (MBA, Master's in Finance, etc.) is preferred.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) may be beneficial.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in an individual contributor role, with a proven track record of managing client requirements.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to think critically to provide innovative solutions.
