International Collections Specialist

About this Role
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our collections team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in international BPO voice processes, particularly those with a background in collections or customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and inbound calls to resolve outstanding accounts according to client policies
Follow up with customers on overdue payments in a professional manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments
Meet set productivity and quality benchmarks
Provide timely updates and escalate issues when necessary
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in an International BPO voice process (preferably in collections or customer support)
Strong spoken English skills with a neutral or US/UK accent
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work in rotating shifts (including night shifts)
