Role Overview

Ananya Child Development & Early Intervention Clinic supports children with diverse educational needs, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and APD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments for children and provide individualized therapeutic interventions to cater to their unique developmental requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams of therapists to achieve measurable outcomes for children with developmental delays and special needs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive therapy plans tailored to each child's specific needs, focusing on mental health and overall well-being.
  • Work effectively with children and their families to support their emotional, social, and cognitive development.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development programs to stay updated with the latest therapies and methods.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Psychology and Psychological Assessment with a strong focus on Paediatric Therapy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience working with children with developmental delays and special needs is highly desirable.
