Job Overview

The Associate Product Manager role is a key contributor to our product planning, development lifecycle, and launch cycles. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can envision the future direction of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support strategic product planning, development lifecycle, and product launch cycles for our offerings.
  2. Drive process execution in the product lifecycle, including product research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements, and roadmap development, and product launch.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define, communicate, and implement the product segment strategy.
  4. Participate in sprint planning discussions to define the sprint goal and refine product backlogs.
  5. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
  6. Create product strategy documents describing business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
  7. Review works by the development team and ensure they align with the product vision.
  8. Serve as an interface with customers, internal development groups, and all stakeholders.
  9. Update and maintain CRM/Jira for internal tracking.
  10. Maintain close watch on development items and ensure timely execution and delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 4-10 years of product experience in US healthcare domain.
  2. Prior Product Management experience is advantageous.
  3. Candidates without prior Product Management experience will be considered for junior positions.
  4. Knowledge in technology and healthcare product platforms is essential.
  5. Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management/Clinical or other areas within the healthcare domain.

Language Skills:

We require the ability to converse in English and Malayalam.
