Job Title: Solutions Consultant

About the Role:

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering innovative solutions to customers. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, diagnosing problem areas, and designing cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop proposals that meet customer requirements and organizational financial guidelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
  • Design and implement solution products, conduct POC workshops, and provide technical support to customers.
  • Lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality solutions.
Technical Requirements:
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, and JIRA.
  • Experience in change and deployment management, internal and external cloud service support, PCF, Azure, Oracle Cloud Space creation, User access, Service configuration, Coordination of Orgs, Environment troubleshooting, SaaS Platform support, HPS, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.
  • Knowledge of DevOps pipelines tool chains and their integration.
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders on daily basis.
  • Leadership skills to manage highly motivated teams.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with Infra Tool Administration - ITSM - BMC Remedy ITSM - ITSM.
  • Cloud Testing - ALL.

 

Skill Enhancements:

  • ITIL V3 or V4 certification.
