Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our localization and translation projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, linguistic expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of multilingual projects by reviewing Spanish-language content, adapting to new software tools and workflows, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project guidelines for Spanish-language content.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client-provided Style Guides, glossaries, formatting rules, and linguistic requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the project team, ensuring clear communication and timely issue escalation.
  • Identify and escalate issues promptly to protect quality standards and prevent project delays.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and quality.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong English proficiency.
