We are seeking a seasoned Condition Monitoring Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:
  • Provide advanced support on equipment condition monitoring and maintenance.
  • Utilize various condition monitoring techniques like vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, video inspection to monitor equipment health.
  • Analyze online and offline data acquisition techniques to identify maintenance needs and provide necessary recommendations to prevent equipment failures.
  • Develop and implement reliability improvement plans and initiatives based on condition monitoring parameters.
  • Stay updated on the condition of rotating equipment by continuously monitoring, tracking, and analyzing data to identify potential faults and defects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out in-depth analysis of condition-based data, monitoring and analyzing condition monitoring data, and able to carry out root cause analysis for actual and potential equipment failures.

Aim to prevent equipment failure using all possible condition monitoring data and analytical tools.

Accountabilities:
  • Conduct detailed analysis of condition-based data.
  • Monitor and analyze condition monitoring data, vibration analysis, oil analysis, wear particle thermography, etc., and able to carry out root cause analysis for actual and potential equipment failures.
  • Identify inherent conditions leading to equipment failure through various operational machine condition monitoring parameters.
  • Prepare corrective actions recommendation on observed fault defect initial damage report to maintenance follow up and closing.

Compliance to best maintenance practices of predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, lubrication, equipment change over, and corrective maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge application of condition-based maintenance techniques analysis with an ability to independently troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve equipment problems.
  • Basic knowledge of machine condition monitoring, balancing, alignment, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of equipment maintenance techniques and types.
  • Familiarization with various vibration standards.
  • Basic understanding of rotor dynamics, mechanical design, equipment function, and construction.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Accredited Vibration Analysis training.
  • Cat I Knowledge of Condition Monitoring Data system like CSI Emerson SKF and GE System1 SmartSignal various oil analysis techniques wear particles thermography etc.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Formal trainings in Condition Monitoring subject's techniques from vendors consultants reputed technical training institutes.
