Job Description

As a Condition Monitoring Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our clients' rotating equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide engineer-level support on condition monitoring, utilizing various techniques such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and video spectrometry.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement condition-based maintenance strategies, aiming to prevent equipment failures and optimize performance. Your expertise in machine condition monitoring, balancing, alignment, and troubleshooting will be essential in resolving equipment problems and improving overall plant productivity.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced data acquisition systems, analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform maintenance decisions. Your knowledge of rotating equipment maintenance techniques and types, as well as your familiarity with various vibration standards, will be valuable assets in this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Accredited vibration analysis training (Cat I)
  • Knowledge of condition monitoring data systems, such as CSI Emerson SKF and GE System1 SmartSignal
  • Familiarity with various oil analysis techniques, wear particles, thermography, and other relevant tools
