Job Opportunity: Strategic HR Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and optimize core HR processes for large-scale organizations. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing employee life cycles, onboarding, induction, and HR operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage HR operations processes across the employee life cycle for large workforce groups.
  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee ID creation to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Drive compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support employee engagement and query resolution.
  • Ensure accurate HR data management and reporting for decision-making.
  • Work closely with leadership to streamline HR operational excellence and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of HR Operations experience, preferably in large-scale organizations.
  • Hands-on expertise in induction, onboarding, employee database management, and employee ID processes.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, statutory compliance, and operational frameworks.
  • Excellent people management, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume HR operations for 5000+ employees.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
