
Enterprise Demand Generation Leader

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of our multi-channel demand engine. This involves defining strategies, managing performance, building campaigns, and driving measurable results.
Experience in Life Sciences compliance industry is highly preferred, although not necessary. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Marketing, BDRs, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams to drive pipeline creation, customer acquisition, product adoption, expansion across lifecycle from first touch to renewal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an end-to-end demand generation pipeline strategy, planning, execution, performance analysis, and optimization.
- Create a scalable demand generation engine spanning inbound and outbound tactics, product-led growth, ABM motions.
- Track and optimize KPIs such as CAC, funnel velocity, ROI using real-time dashboards analytics platforms.
Multi-Channel Campaign Execution:
- Drive pipeline growth through digital offline channels.
- Tailor campaigns to persona-specific pain points buying journeys.
- Build targeted campaigns for new acquisition expansion within.
GenAI-Driven Marketing:
- Leverage tools like ChatGPT Jasper Writer Copy.ai to develop/test messaging email nurtures landing pages ad copy.
- Automate segmentation/personalization across lifecycle ABM.
- Analyze funnel performance using AI-driven platforms.
- Build intent models PQL frameworks using AI-enhanced scoring.
Full-Funnel Optimization:
- Continuously optimize funnel performance using data feedback experimentation.
- Run A/B multivariate testing cohort analysis UX diagnostics.
ABM Cross-Functional Programs:
- Plan execute ABM campaigns with Partners Sales BDRs.
- Deliver personalized programs multiple buyer personas decision committee.
Channel Ecosystem Marketing:
- Run co-marketing referral/channel partners.
- Use AI-assisted segmentation analytics prioritize investments.
Marketing Operations Tech Stack:
- Optimize marketing automation lead scoring CDPs reporting tools.
- Integrate AI tools operational efficiency insight generation.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years B2B SaaS experience in demand generation growth marketing, with a deep familiarity of Salesforce ecosystem and experience in playing a coach-player role. Additionally, they should have proven expertise in generative AI tools marketing contexts and demonstrated success in driving pipeline exceeding KPI-based goals.
A successful candidate will also have a strong command of funnel optimization multi-channel campaign strategy and familiarity with ABM marketing ops pod-based experimentation. They should also have hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Pardot 6sense ZoomInfo analytics platforms content automation.
