We are seeking a Senior Principal Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of key business technology products. The successful candidate will provide leadership and innovation in building and managing mission critical business technology products, driving timely delivery and prioritizing product backlogs.
The Senior Principal Product Owner will represent the customer and stakeholders to our teams, collaborating with business departments to solve for business needs. They will execute on the product roadmap to achieve intended product metrics and business goals, delivering value, quality, and timely product features and capabilities.
Requirements and Qualifications- 9-12 years of experience required
- Additional Experience Qualifier (optional): 5-10 years' experience in business, product management, software development, technology and/or consulting
- Knowledge of Commercial property insurance is highly preferred
A leader with exceptional planning, analytical, decision-making, organization, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as strong commercial insurance knowledge with the ability to influence others and build consensus.
Other ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Principal Product Owner will lead and coordinates delivery, training, and support plans, leads and defines minimum viable product (MVP) and team backlog grooming, prioritization, and refinement. They will own the technology product vision, accountable for defining and prioritizing healthy functional and non-functional product backlogs for all their products while striving for timely delivery, representing the customer and stakeholders to our teams.
