Job Title: Visionary Master Planner

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading comprehensive architectural and master planning projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of architects, planners, and engineers in the development of high-quality designs and plans that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives, ensuring that all project deliverables are tailored to meet their expectations.
  • Develop and implement project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations through regular site visits and quality control checks.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present design concepts, feasibility reports, and other project-related documents to clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of local zoning laws, building codes, and regulations to inform design decisions and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct site analyses and surveys to identify potential project constraints and opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and sales materials to promote project offerings.
  • Manage project risk by identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of permit applications and other regulatory documentation to ensure smooth project progression.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) or related field is required; Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in architecture and urban planning.
