You have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by taking on a leadership role within our organization.

  • Plan, execute, and close multiple engagements while maintaining effective communication with senior management and clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, working closely with senior management to ensure seamless engagement execution.
  • Collaborate with CF A Partners to align conclusions and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Conduct audit closing meetings with senior management, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Embody the CF A People Strategy by leading by example, mentoring team members, and providing career guidance.
  • Contribute to recruiting activities by identifying top talent and participating in interviews.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 12 years of financial experience at a Big 4 or reputable company, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Accounting (IFRS or US GAAP) or transaction services, combined with a strong business consulting or advisory background.
  • Experience in supervising larger, cross-border teams, such as a senior manager or director at a Big 4.
  • A proven track record of helping teams improve, grow, and develop, including working with underperforming team members and first-time auditees.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience reporting to and communicating with executive management.
  • A collaborative leadership style that empowers and motivates team members.
  • Ability to drive activities outside daily work, such as recruiting, volunteering, and D&I initiatives.
  • Capacity to serve as Product Owner immediately, particularly from an executive presence perspective.
  • Openness to being a Scrum Master (servant leader, leader as a host).
  • Outstanding career progression and commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally and adapt to our remote work culture.
  • Fluency in English.
