Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Head to spearhead our finance function, drive strategic financial planning, and ensure the company's financial well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing finance teams, developing financial strategies, and ensuring statutory compliance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the finance team to provide guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight
  • Oversseeing end-to-end finance operations including accounting, taxation, payroll, and audits
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies, annual budgets, forecasts, and MIS reporting
  • Maintaining cash flow, working capital, and profitability while ensuring cost optimization
  • Ensuring statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other regulatory requirements

The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of Indian taxation, compliance, and corporate finance, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience in the digital marketing, advertising, or IT industry is highly desirable.
