Job Summary:

The primary function of a Closing Manager is to oversee the entire property closing process from commencement to completion. This entails ensuring seamless coordination between multiple stakeholders including buyers, sellers, legal teams, banks, and internal departments to achieve timely and error-free closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage the end-to-end property closing process from booking to registration/handover.">
  • Coordinate with customers, sales teams, legal advisors, and banks for documentation and loan processing.">
  • Ensure accuracy of agreements, payment schedules, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.">
  • Resolve client queries related to agreements, stamp duty, registration, and possession.">
  • Maintain closing MIS reports and update management on weekly progress.">

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.">
  • 3–6 years of experience in real estate, preferably in closing/registration/documentation.">
  • Strong knowledge of property registration procedures, stamp duty, RERA compliance, and loan disbursement processes.">
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.">
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.">
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and documentation handling.">
