What you'll do:

  • Manage daily finance & accounting operations, including cash receipts & payments, revenue recognition & accounting, and general ledger
  • Monitor & analyze financial data, producing financial reports & statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows)
  • Treasury operations, including weekends
  • Establish expense policies and principles
  • Coordinate annual audits
  • Maintain fiscal files and records
  • Ensure regulatory compliance while fostering business growth
  • Support CEO and CFO in fund raising activities

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years' experience as accounting manager, controller, or treasury manager
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
  • In-depth knowledge of payment operations and digital payment processing
  • Education: MBA Finance, BBA Finance
  • Ability to manage relationships internally and externally (bankers, auditors)
  • Willingness to work in an early-stage company
  • Financial services / payments industry background preferred
  • Must be an 'owner & entrepreneur' in deploying company resources
