Senior Brand Creative Specialist

Drive visual storytelling across brand, digital, and video platforms. We seek a senior creative specialist with 8–12 years of experience to lead our global marketing team's creative line.

This role combines ownership and hands-on execution. You will collaborate with teams to create brand-aligned visual assets, oversee creative output, and deliver high-quality content from concept to final asset.

About the position:

  • Creative Line Ownership: Collaborate with teams to create brand-aligned visual assets, evolve visual direction, review and refine creative deliverables, and guide external agency designers and content partners.
  • Video Content Creation: Plan, script, and produce various video formats, operate across the full video production lifecycle, experiment with AI-powered tools, and enhance workflows without compromising creativity.

Key requirements and qualifications:

  • 8–12 years of experience in visual design, video production, and digital creative execution.
  • Proven ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual content.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, DaVinci Resolve, and/or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and ability to build narrative flow across formats.
  • Experience working within a structured brand system and scaling it across regions or formats.
  • Comfortable with motion graphics, graphic design, and animation.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent English communication and visual editing skills.
