**Job Title:** Video Editor (Creative Director)

  • We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling and visual communication skills, as well as experience editing for ads and social media platforms. They will be responsible for creating visually compelling narratives aligned with performance metrics, collaborating with the marketing and media buying teams to deliver high-converting content, and contributing to creative strategy.

Responsibilities:
  1. Edit short-form and long-form videos for ads, product explainers, social campaigns, and branded content.
  2. Create motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects that elevate storytelling.
  3. Use AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, design, and video production.
  4. Work closely with the performance marketing team to analyze video results and iterate creatives for maximum ROI.
  5. Stay updated on social media trends, editing styles, and platform requirements.
  6. Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high creative quality.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Video Editor (agency/startup experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent tools).
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design.
  • Hands-on expertise with AI creative tools (mandatory): Gemini, Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Recraft, Creatify, DALL·E 3 for image generation and Veo 3, Runway, OpenAI Sora, Creatify for video generation.
  • Experience editing for ads and social media platforms.
  • Understanding of marketing psychology and consumer engagement.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-quality edits, AI-assisted creative work, and campaigns.
