We are launching a dedicated department to supercharge our creative funnel. As a top-tier Senior Graphic Designer, you will bring our vision to life by designing high-converting static and animated creatives for various formats.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design visually appealing creatives that align with performance marketing strategies for multiple platforms.
  • Craft scroll-stopping visuals that support persuasive storytelling in different formats.
  • Collaborate with teams to align messaging and visuals for direct-response outcomes.
  • Maintain brand consistency across various verticals.
  • Contribute to testing ideas and analyze what creative elements drive clicks and conversions.
About the Role

You will be responsible for creating high-performing designs that meet business objectives.

  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in design, with a portfolio showcasing high-performing static and GIF creatives.
  • Deep understanding of different formats and how to visually support persuasive storytelling.
  • Expertise in design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Proven ability to design for mobile-first audiences.
  • Experience in direct-response marketing, particularly in paid advertising.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
