About the Motion Graphics Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative motion graphics designer who possesses strong expertise in graphic design.

  • Develop High-Quality Motion Graphics: Create impactful visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, eLearning modules, and corporate communication. This involves crafting engaging animations and motion graphics that captivate audiences and effectively convey messages.
  • Design Static Creatives: Design digital and print media assets such as brochures, posters, infographics, banners, and social media posts. A motion graphics designer should have a keen eye for detail and be able to create visually appealing static creatives that complement their motion graphics work.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with marketing, design, and content teams to translate concepts into compelling multimedia outputs. Effective collaboration is key to delivering high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.
  • Edit and Enhance Video Content: Add sound, transitions, and motion effects to video content. A motion graphics designer should be proficient in editing software and be able to enhance video content to make it more engaging and effective.
  • Manage Multiple Projects: Adhere to deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously. A motion graphics designer should be organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Research and apply the latest trends in motion graphics, animation styles, and visual storytelling. Staying up-to-date with industry developments is essential for a motion graphics designer to remain competitive and deliver high-quality results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. Strong foundation in design principles and theory is essential for a motion graphics designer.
  • Proven work experience as a Motion Graphic Designer / Multimedia Designer. Practical experience in creating motion graphics and working on various projects is crucial for success in this role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with industry-standard software is necessary for a motion graphics designer to produce high-quality work.
  • Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and color theory. A motion graphics designer should have a keen eye for detail and be able to create visually appealing designs.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others are essential for a motion graphics designer to succeed in this role.
