The position requires advanced skills in SAP Ariba, SAP MM & PM, and SAP FI & CO. The ideal candidate should have experience with Strategic sourcing modules, P2P, and SAP Ariba Network.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Application Support: Provide technical assistance to users and resolve application-related issues.
  • Incident Management: Identify and resolve system problems in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring Performance: Ensure the overall performance of applications and maintain the integrity of production environments.
  • Maintenance and Updates: Maintain applications according to SLA and regional business needs.
  • Standby and Escalation: Be available 24/7 for emergencies and serve as a first escalation point for vendors and users.
