We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Manager to join our team at Smart Lion Private Limited. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for identifying top talent in line with client requirements using various job portals, social media websites, and head-hunting techniques.
You will interview prospective candidates, test their skills, perform reference checks, and hand-hold them throughout the selection process. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with your ability to influence and motivate others, will play a crucial role in convincing potential candidates to apply for active jobs.
In addition to your recruitment responsibilities, you will also coordinate with existing clients to gather new job requirements and provide feedback to the team.
