We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager for the UK Recruitment Company to lead talent acquisition efforts in the Healthcare & Social Care sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing hiring processes, and ensuring a pipeline of high-quality candidates to meet organizational needs. This role requires strong knowledge of healthcare recruitment practices, regulatory requirements, and workforce trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare and social care professionals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, industry events, and direct sourcing.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare employment regulations and company policies.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring trends, candidate quality, and time-to-hire.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with international recruitment regulations and best practices.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports and databases.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practice.

Required Skills

Core Abilities

  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle challenges in recruitment and provide effective solutions.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
  • Professional phone manner and email etiquette
  • Ability to explain responsibilities simply and clearly
  • Good interpersonal skills for managing staff
  • Cultural awareness and ability to work with UK-based teams

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in International recruitment, with at least 2 years in healthcare/social care hiring.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Technical Requirements

  • Ability to optimize workflows and track candidate progress efficiently.
  • Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques.
  • Knowledge of CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) software.
  • Familiarity with different job portals.
  • Ability to analyze hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year
