Job Title: Senior Sales Manager for Building Materials

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the market, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, designers, contractors, and distributors.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of core sales experience in the building materials industry.
  • Minimum Graduate degree.
