About the role:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding our newly established team focusing on Open Banking and especially PSD2 in Europe and Open Banking in UK, as well as Open Finance. This pivotal role involves leading analysis and design of innovative solutions that comply with regulatory frameworks and align with strategic objectives of banking and financial clients.

• Conduct detailed analyses of Open Banking regulations (such as PSD2, PSD3, Open banking - UK and Open Finance) interpreting and translating regulatory requirements into actionable business insights and solutions, following up implementations of those such as Berlin Group NextgenPSD2.
• Produce comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance with regulation.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify and document impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.
• Support internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering.
• Monitor regulatory developments including EBA's publications to ensure timely and proactive responses to emerging compliance needs.
• Stay updated with PSD2, PSD3, and other relevant regulations in open banking and open finance.
• Undertake market research, collate feature recommendations from clients and build pipeline of requirements.
• Identify market trends and opportunities in open banking and develop requirements for innovative products and services.
• Provide support and guidance to presales and professional services on new system features.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven 10+ years of experience as Business Analyst in a regulatory environment preferably within financial services.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
• Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is a must.
• Experience in regulatory interpretation, impact analysis, and creation of traceability matrices.
• Ability to conduct detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with different Open Banking Frameworks and being involved in API integrations or implementations.
• Understanding Clients' use cases and advise most suitable integration practices.
• Managing full implementation cycle end-to-end to point they launch.
• Comfortable in delivering technical presentations & product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
