About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals with a passion for quality assurance to join our technology team. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring software solution quality by designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements, troubleshoot issues, and improve testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure software application quality.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.
  • Analyze results, report defects, and document detailed information.
  • Identify, track, and resolve software defects.
  • Enhance efficiency and coverage by continuously improving test automation frameworks and processes.
  • Conduct performance and regression testing to ensure system stability and scalability.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies in test automation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium or Appium.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments and tools.
  • Certification in software testing or quality assurance.
